wow...awesome work...if I may make a slight suggestion, you could put the person's name (and "titles") on screen while they're talking so that we know who they are...
(ex. "Tom Fulp, creator of Newgrounds.com")

looks awesome! the only thing that bugged me was your logo in the beginning. it doesn't really fit.
