I don't know what angle you're taking in this documentary (whether it's from the Flash/audio artists' perspectives, from the community perspective, or both). But, if you're looking to talk to a male teenage site moderator who lives in Philly... then you should talk to me ;)
I would probably be best able to talk about how Newgrounds and the forums specifically have been a kind of "new-age" community service for me through high school. I also got interested in Photoshop by making signatures for users in clubs here.
